January 31st. Please have your report on disk if possible (MS Word or Publisher), typed or e‐mailed.
Advisory Board Nominations ‐ We are seeking the names of anyone interested in becoming a member of the Advisory Board for 2010. Elections will take place at the Annual Vestry Meeting on January 31st. There will be one service only, at 10:00 am, with the Vestry meeting to follow. Please see one of the wardens or Rev. Millie if you are interested in serving on the Board.
Helping Hands ‐ Our sewing group will resume their ministry on January 18th at 1:00 pm. New
hands are always welcome.
Warm Hands and Full Stomachs Please continue to bring donations of food, mittens and hats for
those in need in the Ajax/Pickering area. Life Without Labels Youth Retreat February
12th ‐ 14th Please see Youth bulletin board at the back for details. This event is open to youth 12‐19. The cost is $120.00 with subsidies available.
